Symposium Submission
General information
Provide the general information of the symposium: title, name of the chair and brief description of the symposium (maximum 70 words).
Each symposium may include up to 4 presentations. Abstracts of all presentations must be submitted in English, limited to 150 words.
The user account should be created by the symposium organizer.
Please ensure the abstracts are proof read carefully before submitting, as changes or additions will not be accepted after the call for abstracts closes.
Symposium guidelines and instructions
Abstracts must meet international ethical standards. Abbreviations should be defined and trade names are not allowed in the title, but may be accepted (in brackets) in the body.
The symposium should be structured as follows:

Oral/Poster Presentation Abstract Submission
General information - Applies to both oral and poster presentations
Abstracts must be submitted in English, limited to 300 words and include Background, Objective, Method, Results, and Conclusion.
The user account should be created by the presenting author.
Multiple abstract submissions are permitted.
Please ensure the abstract is proof read carefully before submitting, as changes or additions will not be accepted after the call for abstracts closes.
Remember to include a valid email address for confirmation of receipt of the abstract submission and ongoing communication.

Deadlines
Deadline for symposium submission is April 15, 2021.
Deadline for oral/poster presentation abstract submission is May 31, 2021.
The notification of the accepted presentations will be sent in the mid of June 2021.

Oral Presentation Information
Your presentation should be saved and kept in an USB stick. Please bring your presentation (USB) to our technician on your arrival day or no later than 2 hours before your scheduled talk.
Your presentation duration will be strictly controlled. Please do not go over the time limit

Poster Presentation Information
Poster mounting/dismantle: posters can be mounted from 09:00 on Wednesday August 24 and stay during the entire conference days. Dismantling can be done after the Poster Awards on Friday August 27.
Poster size: maximum A0 in portrait orientation (841mm width * 1189mm height)
All poster boards are numbered. You should have received the number of your poster before the conference. Please display your poster on the correctly numbered poster board. Mounting tape will be provided onsite.
Poster presentation time: 14:00-15:00 on August 26. All first authors are asked to be present by the poster on during the poster session. You are also welcome to stand by your poster during the last half of each lunch break.
Please remove all your materials no later than 15:00 on August 27. Any remainings will be discarded after the deadline
